Comparing screw air compressors and piston air compressors, the air pumping volume is actually the same at the beginning, and the air pumping volume of the piston air compressor is easy to gradually decrease as the use time is longer. The decay speed is several times that of the screw air compressor. The screw air compressor is properly used and maintained on time, and the use time can exceed ten to twenty years.

1. It wastes electricity when there is no load. In order to ensure that the high-speed rotor will not start and stop repeatedly, the screw air compressor usually has a 10-minute stop delay, that is, no load. The electricity consumption is approximately equal to 50% of the load. So it’s a waste of electricity

2. High cost. Because the tooth surface of the rotor of the screw compressor is a spatial curved surface, special tools need to be used to stop processing on expensive special equipment. 4. Cannot be used in micro places. The screw compressor relies on the gap sealing gas. Generally, as long as the volume flow is greater than 0.2m3/min, the screw compressor has superior performance.


5. Although the frequency conversion air compressor is good, because of its own structure principle, the user must bear certain risks in the process of using the permanent magnet frequency conversion air compressor. Among them, the greater risk is the degaussing caused by high temperature. Everyone knows that magnets are the essential part of permanent magnet motors, and magnets are even more afraid of temperature.
