Dryer? Dryer (DRYER) is the abbreviation of refrigerated monotonous machine, which belongs to the air source disposal component in the pneumatic system. 1 Principle of the cold-drying machine The use of refrigerant and compressed air to stop heat exchange, and the compressed air is cooled to the range of 2-10 ℃ to remove the moisture and vapor components in the compressed air). When the pressure of the compressed air is high, the temperature is low, the ambient temperature is low, and the amount of air to be handled is small, a low pressure dew point can be obtained. Atmospheric pressure dew point can only reach -17℃


The selection method of the refrigeration dryer mainly considers the treatment flow, pressure dew point, operating environment and voltage. When the compressed air pressure is high, the temperature is low, and the disposal air volume is small, a low pressure dew point is obtained. The structure and working process of the cold dryer air system: hot, humid and moisture-containing compressed air enters the pre-cooler (heat exchanger), and stops the heat exchange with the soon-to-be-cooled monotonous air to reduce the saturation temperature of the air. And remove part of the moisture;. The pre-cooled compressed air enters the evaporator, and again stops the heat exchange with the refrigerant in the evaporator, so that the air is cooled to the pressure dew point; the compressed air discharged from the evaporator is in a low temperature state, and the moisture, The oil, impurities, etc. are condensed, separated by the air-water separator, and discharged out of the machine by the automatic drain; the compressed air after being frozen monotonously returns to the pre-cooler, and heats up with the incoming compressed air. The monotonous gas output after the temperature rises can effectively prevent the occurrence of condensation in the pipeline and ensure that the user can use it at ease.


Refrigeration system: The low-temperature liquid refrigerant absorbs heat in the air cooler and becomes vapor. It passes through the condenser and suction filter monotoner to ensure that the refrigerant entering the compressor is in the vapor state, so as to ensure that the compressor works normally and is powered by heat. The double automatic balance function composed of the shrink valve and the hot gas bypass valve can ensure the stability of the dew point.


The four main components and functions of the cold dryer

⑴ Refrigeration compressor The refrigeration compressor is the heart of the refrigeration system. At present, most compressors adopt fully sealed reciprocating compressors. The compressor sucks in the refrigerant gas from the evaporator, which is compressed to turn it into high-pressure and high-temperature superheated vapor, which is then discharged from the exhaust pipe.


⑵ Condenser The function of the condenser is to cool the high-pressure, superheated refrigerant vapor discharged from the refrigerant compressor into a liquid refrigerant, and its heat is taken away by the cooling water or cooling air. So that the refrigeration process can be interrupted intermittently.


⑶ Evaporator The evaporator is the main heat exchange component of the refrigeration dryer. The compressed air is forced to cool in the evaporator. Most of the water vapor is cooled and condensed into liquid water to be discharged outside the machine, so that the compressed air is monotonous. The low-pressure refrigerant liquid undergoes a phase change in the evaporator and becomes a low-pressure refrigerant vapor, which absorbs the surrounding heat during the phase change process, thereby cooling the compressed air.


⑷ Heat shrink valve (capillary tube) Heat shrink valve (capillary tube) is the throttling mechanism of the refrigeration system. In the refrigeration dryer, the supply of refrigerant to the evaporator and its conditioning are completed by the throttling mechanism. The throttling mechanism makes the refrigeration enter the evaporator from the high temperature and high pressure liquid.


Attention to the use of cold dryers?

1. Don't put it in the place where the relative humidity is higher than 85%. Do not place it in a dusty, corrosive or flammable gas environment. Do not place it in the center where there is vibration or condensation risk of freezing. Do not get too close to the wall to avoid poor ventilation. It is necessary to use it in an environment with corrosive gas, and a monotoner with a rust-proof copper tube or a stainless steel heat exchanger type monotoner should be used. It should be used under the ambient temperature of 40℃.


2. Do not connect the compressed air inlet wrongly. In order to facilitate maintenance, a bypass pipeline should be provided to ensure a maintenance space. It is necessary to prevent the vibration of the air compressor from being transmitted to the monotoner. Do not add the weight of the piping directly to the monotoner.


3. Do not stand up the drain pipe, do not bend or squash it.


4. The power supply voltage is allowed to fluctuate less than ±10%. A leakage circuit breaker of proper capacity should be installed. Must be grounded before use.


5. The temperature of the compressed air inlet is too high, the ambient temperature is too high (above 40℃), the operating flow exceeds the rated air volume, the voltage fluctuates by more than ±10%, and the ventilation is too poor (the air must be ventilated in winter, otherwise the room temperature will also In the case of elevated), the maintenance circuit will function, the indicator light will be off, and the operation will be suspended.


6. When the air pressure is higher than 0.15MPa, the drain port of the normally open automatic drain can be closed. The displacement of the air compressor is too small, the drain is open, and air is blown out.


7. Poor quality of compressed air, such as dust and oil mixed in, these stolen goods will adhere to the heat exchanger, reducing its work efficiency, and the drainage is also prone to failure. It is hoped to install a filter at the inlet of the monotoner, and to confirm that it is drained no less than once a day.


8. The vent of the monotoner should be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner once a month.


9. Turn on the power supply, and then turn on the compressed air after the running state is stable. After stopping the operation, you must wait for more than 3 minutes before restarting.


10. If you use an automatic drain, you should always check whether its drainage function is normal. Clean the dust on the condenser frequently. It is necessary to check the pressure of the refrigerant frequently, to determine whether the refrigerant can be disclosed and the ability of the refrigerator to change, and to check whether the temperature of the condensed water is normal.

What is the reason for the excessively high exhaust temperature of the refrigeration dryer?
